No one serious in anthropology considers there to be culture or nature as ontological things, they are just a folk taxonomy but with a lot of power.

There's so many different ways to cut the cake it depends on what field your interested in. You could go with some classic Carsten on kinship, you could go political ecology, even say the precursor edited volume Nature and Society is way better than Beyond Nature Culture. I would.
