In this episode (VOY"s "Endgame"), Alice Krige portrayed the Borg Queen (after playing that role in "Star Trek: First Contact").

This was the only time Krige appeared as the Borg Queen on VOY. Susanna Thompson played the Borg Queen in her previous appearances on VOY.
