how many suffer a lifetime without knowing?
I’ve accepted my late life dx, as it I forgave myself, accept myself, I did the same for everyone and everything, I only had the knowledge and experience to do this because of a lifetime educating myself on healing trauma, not trauma from autism, or adhd. I’m still learning, still unmasking, a lifetime of therapy and doctors got put to use, after I was diagnosed. Anyone else?
