I've been using a Passion Planner for several years but I was a gal before that. I love Passion Planners but I don't like the new large size they released last year so I'm looking to change and pondering going back to Filofax with DIY Fish inserts but... neurospicy brain be like "change scary and bad - you have a planning system that works, what are you doing you absolute eejit?!"

Thoughts? Ideas? Advice? Personal experiences?

I like physical planner I can handwrite in, but they stopped working for me. 😞

I actually use habitica now. it is an online website based on habit-rpg.

Wierdly enough it actually works for me, maybe because it makes a game of tasks and to-do's

I use the dragontree dreambook and planner (a physical book planner), for my personal stuff and proton calendar and Asana for client stuff. You should remember that anything online is not private, especially if it's free. And for heaven's sake don't use Google anything. They've come right out and said they will poach and scrape anything you put on any of their platforms. Don't walk, run away from Google.

Yup, no google, ever, not for this stuff. Proton isn't bad tho
