I don't know if they'd land him, but they'd be dumb to not at least try, really.
Also off topic but: Possible federation issues today. Traffic has been low, and when I checked .zip and dbzer0 our kbin posts seem to be hours behind. 1-2 still haven't appeared (when I last checked 20ish mins ago).
