Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 Re-Reveal Seems to Be Taking Place at PAX West

Paradox Interactive appears to be teasing a re-reveal of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 at PAX West in less than two weeks.

While the tweet doesn't outright confirm the presence of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2, the Community Manager replied to that very inquiry made in the Discord channel with an 'eyes' emoticon, practically confirming it. After all, Paradox did say in the last official update that the game would get its re-reveal in September. The good news is that PAX West 2023 is scheduled at the very beginning of the month (September 1-4), so there's less than two weeks to wait now.

Even with all the jank, the terrible combat, etc....I loved the first game. It had such a great atmosphere to me. I really want this second game to succeed, but I hope it focuses on that vibe first and foremost.

the characters were written so earn good, the world and story just drew you in, multiple ways to solve quests…if they keep all of this, I couldn’t care less about combat

I had forgotten about the game, I’m very glad that it wasn’t cancelled. Might even have to grab the original to fuck around with in the meantime.

The original was a buggy mess, make sure to get the fan patches. It was really fun after fixes, though. I've never played another game with quite the same atmosphere and am looking forward to a new entry set in the world of darkness.

It’s been years since I’ve played and I “swashbuckled” it, so I’ll drop the $20 for it this time around. At a glance, nexus has mods for new quests which is exactly what I was looking for, lol
