OK, so we actually don't know how or even if this character is floating, but there are some crazy fireworks going on in the atmosphere. Maybe it's causing some gravitational disturbance? It wouldn't be the first time from this artist. Whatever it is, the sky is too pretty not to share. You bet I posted this to /r/ImaginaryStarscapes too.
