Sorry I'm late, but this one was tough to figure out! It's unlockable art from Onmyoji: The Card Game (/r/Onmyojicard), a Chinese mobile game about Japanese folklore. Yamausagi/Mountain Rabbit is a fairly weak original character shikigami that's normally riding a giant frog, but in this Chinese-exclusive event, she swaps the giant frog for balloons and plays a match 3 minigame with them...I think. I've never run into so many cultural barriers when posting something here.
I crossposted this to /r/Moescape too. I think this is the kind of character art they appreciate.
