This was a playable attraction in Second Life where most content is user generated, making this tricky to credit properly. Space Colony Necronom VI was an adult role playing environment built by Oni Horan that shut down in 2014. The floating animations that play on your character when taking a shower are done by Lexbot Sinister. The avatar in this picture is Bettina Tizzy wearing clothes by Eshi Otawara. These are all Second Life character names, of course, and I couldn't figure out if any of them are Reddit users.
Whew! So the previous post got me thinking about Second Life and I read the article I linked there. Oni Horan wanted a zero gravity shower in his space colony from the beginning. Somehow, this gyroscope design prevents the water from escaping the shower area. I assume it's smart enough not to spray you in the face. Though, from what we know about water in microgravity, the water would just collect in a floating blob with you in the center, eventually drowning you if you take too long. I guess there's countermeasures against that too.
