The balloons qualify as floating, so Balloons flair. As for the dragon/serpent thing in the sky, I'd like to think it flies by slithering like a snake through the air, and that wouldn't be floating, I guess? To clarify the dragon's movement, I tried using my new DALL-E powers to uncrop this image, but it didn't go well. I did find out that "KU" is a banned word in DALL-E 2, though.
