Oh man, I might regret this. Body inflation stuff is controversial, but I accept it as a way to get someone to float in the air as long as it follows all of this subreddit's rules. Fat is about as close to NSFW as I'll allow, and also about as stupid as I'll allow. Anything more innocent than this that doesn't float someone against their will is probably allowed. Otherwise, you probably want (NSFW!) /r/bodyinflation, This is a senior project from three French animation students who actually showed this in school, so it's probably OK? The floaty feeling is passable if you assume spherical cows. If this is too much, I can dial it back.
I shouldn't have to say this, but please don't inflate any living thing in real life. They'll die of multiple causes and won't float even a little.
