My favorite roaster at the moment: Madcap (lemmy.world)

Based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Madcap is my roaster of choice. I get a new bag of single origin every 2 weeks, and I’m never disappointed. I brew it on my V60 pour over set up.

I’ll definitely give them a try! They do sell weird quantities though. 4oz, 8oz, 2lb, 4lb? Most places I’ve seen sell 12oz or rarely 1lb

Yeah, I’d be surprised if you could pull data off them, but data recovery pros never cease to amaze me
