nhombrenovalido,

That’s fair if you grew up in the US and I understand that it is likely that a good number in the community did as well but that wasn’t my experience. Maybe stretch your imagination further than your own borders and things will seem less odd.

nhombrenovalido,

No hate here, everyone is entitled to their opinion. You brought up good points and I felt the same way you did for a while but I figure there’s some things we can move past

nhombrenovalido,

In places where metal is part of the culture as a birthplace it’s easy to forget that metal might be prolific but it hasn’t saturated every market yet.

Hands down my favorite track by Metallica. I’m going to check out those bands you mentioned. Always looking for new tunes

nhombrenovalido,

She was the lead singer of a band called Flyleaf, their self titled and second album are worth putting on at least once.

nhombrenovalido,

Spin it! Clearly it’s been too long

nhombrenovalido,

What a sick album. Every once in a while there’s a hardcore punk album worth listening to, they’ve got two IMO

nhombrenovalido,

Freaking sweet, that was badass

nhombrenovalido,

Out of this world! Drips so much funk you could scoop and eat it with chips on the side

nhombrenovalido,

Great music is honestly everywhere, for the longest time I shunned country music as not for me until I heard her. Gave me appreciation for entire genre that I now enjoy

nhombrenovalido,

Truly encapsulates my experience in exploring the genre. To be fair though once you start diving into the random alternative side of any music there’s a chance you could end up in a dark corner with killer beats. Happened to me the other day when I sat down and really analyzed the lyrics to a band I liked in my youth only to realize they were overtly militaristic and religious in nature.

nhombrenovalido,

There are better Green Day songs but if this is the one that you vibe with then rock on

nhombrenovalido,

At the core of this disagreement is the argument for better being represented as the number zero or pi. Maybe we don’t actually disagree but agree for such different reasons that it seems like we have opposing opinions

nhombrenovalido,

Well it’s like this from what I can gather better doesn’t exist for you because we all have differing opinions of better, in this way better could be defined as the number zero because anything times the number zero is zero and therefore mutually exclusive. On the other hand I see better as an infinite number like pi, within it all the different definitions of better can exist concurrently. One way or another these opposing viewpoints both lead to the same conclusion, appreciation for the subjectivity of better. Like I said in the end you and I agree but for such radically different reasons that it seems like we disagree.

nhombrenovalido,

Love this place, new music for me to check out thanks dude!

nhombrenovalido,

I still remember when I first loaded up Act I and Battesimo del Fuoco came on and immediately blew my mind

nhombrenovalido,

I did post from prog metal the other day but no one seemed interested. Maybe the band name turned them off

nhombrenovalido,

It’s been cool being exposed to such great new music on a near constant basis

nhombrenovalido,

Interesting piece, not the easiest listening but the visuals really helped tie it together. I especially liked the hoods they were wearing, reminded me of art by René Margritte. I can however fully appreciate a powerful and raw voice and this has it in spades

nhombrenovalido,

Long drives are defined by the tracks that accompany them, in dire cases rolling down the windows and letting the wind roar is acceptable.

nhombrenovalido,

Honestly only discovered them in the past couple of years, so much time to make up for

nhombrenovalido,

Best of both worlds, love it
