I’m a Nintendo maniac and a Switch fan. Undoubtedly.
I love the Steam Deck. I’ve been blowing through old games like no tomorrow. I stream PS5 games and more intensive games from my desktop. It’s been a delightful device. They really cleaned up the PC gaming experience.
I’ve had trouble getting my Stardew Valley working on it through Heroic because it’s on GoG, but just may buy it on Steam.
I know it’s almost impossible but I’d be taking the bike out so much more often if I knew I could leave it somewhere and it’d still be there when I got back.
I got a SodaStream and love it. I feel better about no throwing away as much plastic every time I want a drink. I love water but sometimes I need some variety and it fills that gap quite well.
I think if it’s actually related to tech it’s fine. For example, I read an article from DHH talking about how Musk’s strategy has saved money by moving from Cloud to on-prem and doing it cut massive costs.
I remember ASOS bragging a long while back that their architecture was able to sustain the influx of orders while other websites had to institute a queueing system to let customers in.
That’s a yikes statement, in and of itself. I see allegations and vehement denials. I think that’s the last thing I’m gonna google for tonight. Godspeed stranger!
I wonder if there’s an overlap between those that relate to this meme and all those complaining how hard it is to make friends as an adult.
I usually make friends at work or am friendly with my coworkers. I understand not wanting to be friendly with annoying or bossy people. However, it doesn’t hurt to have a beer every now and again. I keep HR at arm’s length though …
There’s an example of a game (in the vid) where they can interrupt the dialogue and have them respond. I think it’s Bionic Commando remake and I think that’s a nice touch.
