One area where Quest 3 soundly beats PSVR2 is the "sweet spot". Anyone who's used VR knows how you have to fiddle with the headset to get it aligned so things are in sharp view.
In PSVR2 that spot is quite small. In Q3 it's almost like there's no sweet spot to find, everything is sharp! It means that even though there's only a modest increase in rez per eye since q2, the apparent increase in display resolution seems really big.
Underway again, we pass through increasingly English countryside, flatter and less woolly than the countryside of home. :baner:
The train is mercifully only half full. Not devoid of characters though: the old chap down the end who looks like he is taking his own pulse and sorry about the results; the lady with the biggest thighs I've ever seen; the lady with the purple can of martini, out for a fun day with her mates.
Seats a bit hard but much more comfortable not being ram packed.
