Trans and Inter people of #Germany hope for a new law upon gender recognition and name change, called #Selbstbestimmungsgesetz #SBGG (Self-Determination Act, Self-ID Act).

The government discusses today upon their draft before it enters the parliament.

While each law is better than the Transsexuals Act of 1980, the draft has many problematic and hurtful parts:
