Those reps tell me I should, and that the risks are so low that driving to the pharmacy makes a difference in the risk as a whole, and that I can prevent Nana from getting a serious disease which is still affecting things as a local drop-in clinic was shut down over last weekend.

This question has been asked and answered many, many times. By now, asking this kind of question shows either an inability to search, to compare two different numbers for lethality, communicability or preventability; or this is classic false-dilemma crap from the anti-science crowd.
