@edutooters @RuthFlaherty seems pretty clear cut to me that a warrant is not the same as an invitation by the resident. what’s the argument for yes?

since we're dealing with the occult, i argue that what likely actually matters is the consent of house spirits, who enact the ward keeping the vampires out and negotiate with them through their human emissaries. those spirits don't abide by human law though, so perhaps this takes the debate in a less fun-for-legal-experts direction ;)
