I wish @newpipe supported youtube shorts. Sometimes I miss updates from my follows and there is one channel who does fitness/flexibility shorts, and It gets annoying not being able to watch them in thhe app.
(fixed in comments) Also, my phone is longer than normal phones, and when I put a video in landscape mode, it stretches it to fit the screen and looks really bad. Why can't it just have the vid centered, keeping ratio to fit the width, and fill the rest in with black?!
otherwise it is a great app, but these are main reasons I get comments like 'so just use the youtube app'. I think more people would use it if these were fixed.
