That Africa song by Toto everyone loves has this stupid line:

"As sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti"

What kind of crap writer uses a mountain as a simile for another mountain? That mountain is mountainous!

Also, given how lazy that is on its face, I figured I should also check if it's even a good size reference and KILIMANJARO IS TWICE AS HIGH AS OLYMPUS, both vs. sea level and vs. surrounding land. Large boulder the size of a small boulder material right there.

@Rhaedas Weird. I heard the Frogleap cover version which definitely didn't say leopress, and I even googled it (producing the Olympus version, which google claims to credit UMG, etc).

But I just now checked the original, and yeah it does not sound like olympus at all. I also checked several more covers (holyshyte are they awful), and they all say Olympus.

Although the leopress line is also stupid. There is no universe in which this song is good.
