YSK there is a setting in your Lemmy profile to hide posts that you've seen. Upvoting counts as interacting with that post and will hide it after refresh. (lemmy.world)

Also, if this selected, it will hide any posts you make. I have been saving the posts I make as a favorite until Lemmy fixes this.

I believe people have mentioned before that the posts are really hard to unhide so once its hidden thats it. So if you comment then it counts as interacted and then its gone. It may have been changed in updates though but ive been scared to try.
