Has anyone else ran across this? Every time I close a game and try to go back to the home page, I just get a blank, black screen. It’s still on, and I can move the mouse cursor and see it, but everything else is basically frozen. No steam menu or system menu will pop up, only the cursor.

On update 3.5 of Steam OS, there was a call out about being able to customize the overlay by editing the ~/.config/MangoHud/preset.conf....

In gaming mode on the Steam Deck the CPU is presented to the games as having 8 cores instead of 4 cores with 8 threads. This seems to increase performance for some titles....

I’m looking at getting a 1TB SD but I’m trying to figure out if the Limited Edition SD is worth beyond the look of it. If it’s just looks then I probably will get the regular 1TB Steam Deck.

Hey, so I’m really struggling to play Cyberpunk 2077 on the deck. The text is near illegible on its screen. When docked into a 4k TV the resolution is so poor that it’s just not fun. Anyone have it running well? It’s the only AAA game I have on the deck, I mainly play Terraria /Dave the Diver type games which work...

I’m trying to put a vinyl skin on my Steam Deck, and I’m having trouble; it keeps wrinkling up at the bottoms of the grips. Any suggestions?

I made it most of the way through without looking anything up which means I’m definitely missing stuff, but once I got to Xen I couldn’t figure out what I was supposed to be doing several times. I think I’m two sections away from beating the game....

Hey SteamDeck’ers, As we’re all aware that Valve broke Remote Play on SteamDeck and hasn’t fixed it yet. I’m seeing lots of people having their sound cut off few minutes into streaming, or having lots of ghost input with bluetooth controllers....
