I think there is a typo at the end:

In none of the three cases so far, Romania’s radars have not detected anything.

Because yes, no Romanian radar detected anything, apparently.

I just realized I assumed small drones were mostly (essentially) invisible to all radar. The big ones… are they big enough? They’re bigger than really big birds, but are they bigger than a flock?
