Have you tried any of the apps? I believe all of them at this point support not loading media on mobile data, and disabling loading user avatars.

Oooh just noticed you’re from Hexbear - sadly I don’t think any of the apps support custom emojis yet

Yea, I opted out of apps due to the emojis. I just want to meow-hug
