Hi, I can be a judgmental person and I’m one who criticizes a fair bit. I’m sorry when this can spread negativity, but I do my best to do it in a way that invites complex, constructive thinking and open ideas more than just argumentative talkback. I enjoy being positive and seeing positivity, but sometimes I will try to see both positives and negatives in ideas, arguments and statements. On some occasions my mood and tiredness can affect my tone as well. So pardon me for that.
Similar to what you say, I think the best that anyone can do is try to empathize with others; know there is someone on the other side.
