Psychedelics won’t hook you. You will be very overwhelmed the first time and you will think about the experience and if it was pleasurable, you will probably be open to doing it again but it’s not an addictive experience unless you want it to be. And even then it will take you a long time to develop an addiction. One hit of LSD or some mushroom chocolates with people you can trust and enjoy being around would should be something everyone tries once. The art of the 60s will definitely have a whole new meaning.
I went to a blockbuster once while tripping on LSD. That was such a crazy time. Aladdin was playing on the TV’s. Thankfully my buddy was sober and enjoying my silliness. He told me nobody would have known but I was fuckin tripin balls. I remember walking back to his car and saying something like " idk who’s who right now but I hope your Jason my friend" lol we laughed about that for years
It’s an unpopular and unrealistic opinion. To change it into a good opinion regardless of popularity is to find the place where the situation currently lives and not in a theoretical.
I do prefer Arch. I have it on multiple systems. I prefer it because once it’s settled and it’s working the way you want, it will stay that way for years. Even when you’re updating it regularly.
If you don’t choose arch, consider bookmarking the arch wiki because it’s the best Linux resource out there
In my experience, much of the studdering comes from the desktop environments. If you’re using Gnome, try KDE or one of the others. If it changes then it’s probably the Compositor settings. It’s a pain but once you find the right settings, oh yeah it’s great
If it makes it to the transfer station in my town, it will end up in the waste-to-energy plant. It’s not optimal but the system does treat the air it releases and the slag isn’t as toxic as coal dust. Just one of those expensive systems that’s a better use of land than to use it as a dump.
