netchami, to privacy in Does Graphene OS have FRP when no google account was added?

No it doesn’t.

netchami, to privacy in Meta (Facebook / Instagram) to move to a "Pay for your Rights" approach

Anyone with more than a single brain cell should move to federated/decentralized platforms with a “Don’t pay but still have more rights than a Facebook user” approach

netchami, to android in any graphing calculator apps that don't suck?

I use Arity

Use Startpage or an instance of Whoogle. They are both meta search engines for Google, they allow you to search on Google without exposing your data to Google. If you are a user of Mullvad VPN, you can also use Leta, their own Google meta search engine.

You want something even better? Check out LibreWolf. It’s Firefox with all the privacy features preconfigured, uBlock Origin preinstalled and all the crap like Pocket and sponsored websites removed. And of course it uses DuckDuckGo instead of Google by default.

If you need to use Chromium, just use Ungoogled-Chromium or Brave. But Firefox/LibreWolf will always be superior.

Just realized that I misread your previous comment. I thought you had connectivity problems, but you just said that both Mullvad and IVPN have similar connectivity performance. Sorry

netchami, to androidapps in Bromite is dead, long live Cromite.

Just use Mull. Don’t support Google’s monopoly on browser rendering engines by using Chromium based browsers.

Have you tried changing the MTU? They both mention that on their support pages.

Mullvad also gives you free multi-hop. It’s not particularly useful for torrenting, but it’s great for privacy in general. But it’s not available in the mobile apps, so I will stick with IVPN.

A direct download/streaming site can be shut down at any time. Torrents are resistant to censorship, as they are decentralized. Just grab a good VPN or a seedbox and you can torrent as much as you want.

netchami, to technology in Amazon Prime Video is able to remove a video from your library after purchase.

It’s a clone of the website which hosts the original database.

Just wanted to mention that torrentgalaxy.to, rutracker.org, 1337x.to and therarbg.com won’t ever remove anything from your library.

If you go with Mullvad (which is one of the best private VPN providers) you even save some money, as it’s just 5 EUR/month. You can also take the 20 bucks that you would have given to Netflix and pay a seedbox company like RapidSeedbox to torrent anonymously.
