Washer women, lamp lighters, calculators and all the work that farm labourers used to do. Automation comes for us all.
Some jobs shouldn’t exist anyway. God the amount of office workers moving numbers from one tab to another and getting paid a bucket load.
However nursing and elderly care. Psychology counselling mindfulness teachers and jobs that are actually useful for society are probably safe. Yes ai can do some of all these things but it can’t do them all with empathy. Empathy is key to most of these human focused roles. We need more people in these roles and less working to make more money.

I need to try the tortilla idea. The in laws bought the air fryer so I didn’t get a say in it. They use plastic baking sheets to reduce clean up. Creating so much waste. I try to cook in the bottom and then clean it. I might give the wrap idea a go.
Maybe a bit pricey considering how often we use the fryer.

Printing food. Add the components and it prints cakes layer by layer. Any food.
Add apple and print an apple. Print anything. Hopefully we get new research into printing meat layer by layer.
Food should be far cheaper than it is. Suppliers don’t want to flood the market as they need to get a set price for their commodity. Yet we have dairy farmers killing off steers that could be given to poor communities.
I’m also for paying more. But lots aren’t. Especially because they can’t survive currently. On the current system it does not work. Worker reformer has to happen alongside it. I can only afford to buy eco products because of my current situation. When that changes I will be going back to cheap. Because I cannot afford that luxury.
My country uses very little coal. But steel and food and everything else uses coal and all sorts. It’s impossible to separate them
