This week's #MythologyMonday theme is trees 🌲
Many stories in #GreekMythology have trees in it, some of which I will be telling in this thread.
The most famous tree-related myth must be the transformation of Daphne. Hit with Eros' fiery arrows, #Apollon was burning with desire for the nymph and pursued her when she fled from his advances. Feeling her strength wane, Daphne prayed for help from either her father or Gaia and was turned into the first laurel tree.
"I made this harness so I can strap it to myself and fuck any man or woman as I please." #Artemis wrinkled her nose.
"You wanna fuck me with that thing?"
"No. Well, I can, if you want. But I had thought maybe you wanted to give ME a good pounding..."
"Did Hermes also give you a name, beautiful?" #Peitho dipped a brush into the paint and drew gently across pearly lips, turning pink into a bright, seductive red.
"Yes. He called me #Pandora. Because I received a gift from every god that holds Olympos. What is your gift to me?"
