Every evening #Ourania spent stargazing on the roof she watched Helios sink below the waves of Okeanos in the West and darkness rise in the East as #Nyx emerged from Erebos, veiling the world in her darkness and bringing Sleep with her to close the eyes of gods and men. She made herself comfortable, a hand snaking below her dress as she imagined Night incarnate watching her from above.
I wrote this almost twenty years ago and it shows. But there arevaspects of this I like, even if it’s rough about the edges. Hope folks here do as well.
