Buggy Boy (Speed Buggy in the US) feels like a game that deserves to be remembered more fondly. Sadly, it always seems to fall through the cracks between the likes of Outrun, Power Drift and Chase HQ....
Was doing some looking around Goodwill and was lucky enough to find an Original Xbox for only $25! Got it home and cleaned him up, disc drive didn’t work at first but I tinkered and fixed the belt that was getting stuck. Booted up an old copy of Halo 2 and all was well. So happy with this find!
I’ve only been to Super Potato so far. I remember that when I posted some pictures in the old retrogaming subreddit from my visit, quite a few people said that SP is overpriced and for tourists....
I’ve essentially only emulated Pokemon games from my childhood and their romhacks previously. But now I’m looking to play things I just completely missed because I was too young, not born, or didn’t have the system then....
I’ve been trying to get into playing some old games I’ve either missed out on or have completely forgot I’ve even played. I now find myself wanting to play games from SNES and the Gameboy line and can’t settle down on which handheld to play all these games on....

I love my Ayn Odin. There are great emulators on Android but also a ton of native games with controller support. With a Play Pass subscription ($30/year) and Netflix Games (which I’m paying for anyway), I have everything I need and the battery last 6h+....
I love his videos, they’re my usual workout “podcasts”. New one is about the 8BitDo controllers, I’ve been lurking about the ultimate one, I’ll finally know if it’s worth it
Gameboy Tetris wasn’t the first Tetris I played (that was Mirrorsoft Tetris on the ZX Spectrum, with its spooky AY theme music), but it is the Tetris I always go back to....
There are a lot of ways to play the old video games. For me, my favorite way is with one of the little 3rd party retro game devices. I had a RGB10 Max 2 and it was great, but I dropped it and it broke. Im using an RG35XX and it’s working great for PS1 and earlier. I’d love to get something more powerful for PS2 games but...
Thought I would start a thread and get some traction for this community. What are some of your favorite retro games? My favorite is Super Mario Bros 3.
