This is a hidden gem. Smooth gameplay with great visuals. Though the gameplay is pretty bland.
This game takes a simple premise, going to the exit, and makes it hard. Not at first, but the difficulty ramps up pretty hard as you go....
It’s not the best game, but considering he was a teen when he made this, still an impressive feat....
It has everything you want from the 90s: Blood, gore, lots of weapons and smooth gameplay. Except music. They didn’t do music....
It was ahead of its time. You can do quests and talk to people. It has multiple endings. There’s voice acting. It’s overall a very immersive game for its time. It is also the last commercial standalone game on the Doom engine....
If you’ve been meaning to play it, or always wanted to try it; this is the definitive edition to play it on a modern computer!
