Ich habe meinem Sohn so ein Ding geschenkt, also er ungefähr 14-15 war. Am ersten Tag hat er es im Haus und im Garten aufsteigen lassen. Am zweiten Tag schon über die Nachbarhäuser. Dort ist es dann knapp außer Sichtweite abgestürzt und wurde nie mehr gefunden.

instead of using a proper file level backup

Backups do not solve everything.

For example once I had a bad cable, and it did a kinda sneaking silent damage. Let’s say 5 or 50 broken files every day. And only after some weeks I noticed some of them, and there was hardly a chance to identify them each day. And sometimes there was damage to the file system, too. It took a while find the root cause.

Today I use ZFS with redundancy and it does the recovery all by itself and my sleep is so much better :-)

Der größte Teil der Antwort ist in der StVO zu finden, und ist sogar halbwegs verständlich geschrieben:

§ 24 Besondere Fortbewegungsmittel (1) Schiebe- und Greifreifenrollstühle, Rodelschlitten, Kinderwagen, Roller, Kinderfahrräder, Inline-Skates, Rollschuhe und ähnliche nicht motorbetriebene Fortbewegungsmittel sind nicht Fahrzeuge im Sinne der Verordnung. Für den Verkehr mit diesen Fortbewegungsmitteln gelten die Vorschriften für den Fußgängerverkehr entsprechend

Segways passen da nicht hinein. Sie sind “Elektro-Kleinstfahrzeuge” und haben ihr eigenes Gesetz bekommen. Da finde ich diese Paragrafen aus der eKFV interessant:

§ 10 Zulässige Verkehrsflächen (1) Innerhalb geschlossener Ortschaften dürfen Elektrokleinstfahrzeuge nur baulich angelegte Radwege, darunter auch gemeinsame Geh- und Radwege (Zeichen 240 der Anlage 2 zur Straßenverkehrs-Ordnung) und die dem Radverkehr zugeteilte Verkehrsfläche getrennter Rad- und Gehwege (Zeichen 241 der Anlage 2 zur Straßenverkehrs-Ordnung), sowie Radfahrstreifen (Zeichen 237 in Verbindung mit Zeichen 295 der Anlage 2 zur Straßenverkehrs-Ordnung) und Fahrradstraßen (Zeichen 244.1 der Anlage 2 zur Straßenverkehrs-Ordnung) befahren.
