Perun is making great videos about military economics and light geopolitics. High quality, powerpoint presentations that are 1 hour long. He is knowledgeable and tries to be as factual as possible(though because of the nature of his videos, it is often difficult to find hard data). And more importantly, while he is pro West/Ukraine, he is pretty objective in his analysis.
No it isnt. We arent computers, we are humans. In most uses, the year is the least relevant information for us. The most important information is the day, which should be in front. And computers can be programmed to understand the date in whichever format we want.
How often do you use the year when talking about dates? Does your boss say “i need this done by 2023-12-22”? For day to day use, the day is the most relevant info. The year and even the month is often implied.

I dont understand why so many android phones force an objectively inferior experience on their users with those underscreen fingerprint sensors. And it isnt a small thing, it is something that you use dozens of times per day.
If you really care about photographs, then get a pixel. But i dont, i care about performance, so poco phones always offer best value for money(and the f5 actually has decent cameras too).

Tankie has been a thing for over half a century. The Soviets used tanks(from other countries) to invade and crush antisoviet revolutions/protests in Hungary and Czechoslovakia.
This was considered shocking for some communists and other leftists while some communists supported those actions. Those who supported this “intervention” were called tankies, in order to differentiate them from the non tank invasion supporting communists.
In Greece(my country), which was in the “West”, this event caused the split of the greek communist party(KKE) into 2 separate parties, KKE(Moscow controlled tankies) and KKE “interior”(weak ass soy communists who cant stomach the use of tanks in order to create a better tomorrow).
KKE “interior” kinda eventually became SYRIZA which surprisingly won the elections in 2015(breaking the 2 party status quo). Then the EU decided that the greek people decided poorly and punished them. So when the greek people decided correctly(elected a right wing government), the EU rewarded them. Carrots and sticks make the world go around. Thats how you make a majority leftist country, into a right wing one.
PS Greek debt is as high as it has ever been but Greece issued negative interest bonds. Tell me again how is the economy supposed to work? Noone talks about the greek debt anymore, it’s a non issue, Greece has been accepted into the EU’s infinite money glitch scheme.

You assume that people need a car, that is not true, at least for Stockholm(and most of european cities). Many people, even rich ones, dont have a car or dont use the car in the city. The use public transportation or rent a car for how long they need with an app.

This isnt a thing because of religion and capitalism. Religion isnt really relevant for most people nowadays. And since capitalism is using more automation and creates increased inequality, humans are transforming from an asset(potential unit of production) to a liability(potential for rioting).
I think we will see a sharp increase to the normalization of ending someone’s life in the next few years/decades. And i am ok with that but it is important to realize that one of the main factors behind this change will be that we are a liability for an endgame capitalism, heavily automated world.

Change takes time, decades, often centuries. You are asking a society that has norms similar to 100years ago in Europe to accelerate to where the West currently is. I dont think you understand how slow things improved for lgbtq in the West and how recent that change is.
Despite things not being perfect, lgbtq acceptance is 50%+ in most western countries. That means it usually isnt socially acceptable to go against lgbtq, neither for the people, nor for the politicians.
Now imagine a society whose people oppose lgbtq by 95%. Who is going to stick their neck out? Their neck will simply be chopped off. Change will take time. Slowly those lgbtq people will make lgbtq acceptable within their inner circle and then their inner circle will make lgbtq acceptable in a wider but small part of society(ie liberals) and that small part of society will slowly be able to make lgbtq acceptable as a societal norm by “converting” more and more people.
The structure does not exist in these societies for lgbtq people to fight for their rights. Their best hope is that their inner circle can accept them and they can live a normal life while keeping a low profile, they are still at stage 1.
Or to put it in a different perspective, what will happen to you if you go to a plaza in Pyongyang and demand democracy/human rights? Do you think that would be smart? Or productive? You will just get arrested and be sent to a prison camp. And it is even worse with lgbtq rights, because a lot of north koreans can get on board with democracy and human rights but in these societies, 95% of the people are actively against lgbtq.
PS I am not interested in debating about homosexuality in 1920s Germany or whatever because that is a niche that completely ignores actual societal historical facts.
Yes, stay hidden, try to curate and open up to your inner circle. They are still at step 1. They need to cultivate lgbtq acceptance slowly at this stage or they will be crashed.
True but they are still not at the pushing point. They are on “maybe i can get friends who accept me for who i am without anyone betraying my trust” stage. Once they can somewhat reliably do that, ie once there is a small part of non lgbtq allies, then with those allies they can start pushing.
